Keith is the Chief Executive Officer of Wellpoint group. He joined the board of the company in 2005 as its Managing Director, having set up his own clinical software company in 2002. He has served as CEO for the past two years.
Initially trained in biochemistry and toxicology, Keith started his career in pharmaceutical research. He spent the next 20 years in various areas of the pharma business including senior roles in sales and marketing, clinical governance and developing international territories. As an early advocate of telematics, digital and e-Health platforms, Keith was invited in 2000 as guest lecturer for Health Informatics at The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a member of the G8 Heart Telematics group.
Adrian is the Chairman of Wellpoint Group, having served in the role for the past 11 years. As well as being an adviser to the founding shareholders, he plays an important role in developing Wellpoint’s new digital health direction with Well.Me.
Adrian graduated in law from Downing College, Cambridge and also serves as a Partner at leading City law firm Mills and Reeve. He is a specialist in privately funded infrastructure and has worked on projects in the UK, Europe and in Asia. He has also acted for project sponsors, constructors, maintenance contractors and guarantors.
Jim is the Head of Software Development and Data Protection Officer at Wellpoint Group, having been a member of the management team for the past 4 years. He leads on software development at Wellpoint, with special expertise in new innovations related to the development of health and wellbeing apps.
Jim graduated from the University of Derby with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He was previously a senior developer at FirstHealth Solutions, providing a range of innovative, tailored solutions related to employee wellbeing. Jim has more than two decades worth of software development experience across a diverse range of sectors.
Dean is the Director of Commercial Operations at Wellpoint group. He works closely with the team to develop new business and strategic opportunities. Dean is an experienced Director with over 20 years’ experience working in the Occupational Health and Wellbeing sectors.
Dean has built a number of highly successful Occupational Health and wellbeing businesses which have benefited from his unique insights into mental wellbeing and human behaviour. He has also spent time in Australia working on Aboriginal training programmes specialising in disability and mental health.
Dave is the Head of Digital Mobile Strategy & Delivery at Wellpoint Group. He plays a crucial role in the software development behind the Well.me solution and the integration of physical wellpoints with the virtual well.me portal.
Dave graduated in Computer Science from the University of Derby and has worked as a software developer for over 20 years. He has worked across multiple industries and sectors from maintenance software for the Ministry of Defence to digital health platforms in the private sector. He has experience in following the full software development lifecycle from design to implementation.
